Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern the engagement, project delivery, and scope policies for website development services provided by Prasad Kamble.

1. Scoping, Estimates & Proposals

Standard website development projects are quoted based on an agreed written scope document detailing pages, features, integrations, and milestones. Quotes are valid for 30 calendar days from the date of issue.

Fresher Portfolio Service: The ₹3,000 fixed price applies strictly to personal portfolio websites for beginners, students, and freshers. Domain, hosting, and third-party fees are paid directly by the client.

2. Domain & Hosting Ownership

Clients maintain 100% legal ownership of their domains, hosting accounts, DNS configurations, and business emails. The client is responsible for purchasing domain registrations and hosting plans directly with approved vendors (with guidance provided by Prasad).

3. Milestones & Payment Terms

Standard commercial projects follow structured milestone schedules (e.g. 50% deposit upon scope approval, and 50% upon final testing prior to production launch/credentials handover). Handover of administrative access and source code is completed upon settlement of final milestone payments.

4. Content & Client Assets

Clients are responsible for providing all necessary text copy, brand logos, high-resolution product photography, and verifying legal permissions for third-party media supplied for the project.

5. SEO, Rankings & Commercial Outcomes

I implement best-practice technical SEO foundations (semantic HTML, meta tags, schema markup, Core Web Vitals optimizations, and 301 URL redirects). However, because search engine ranking algorithms depend on off-page authority, competition, and Google search policies, no specific ranking, traffic volume, lead quantity, or revenue outcomes are guaranteed.
